Joe helped me with excruciating lower back pain: at one point, I wasn’t able to walk. Joe’s IMS, adjustments, and exercises were excellent and helped me get back on my skis again. Joe was very knowledgeable about my injury, conducted a thorough exam, explained things clearly, offered important suggestions and outlined a plan of care that will be easy to follow. Joe was also very personable and seemed to genuinely want to help.

I am so grateful for Anna's top-notch and genuine care!
Anna's treatments exceed the level of what others have been able to do to help my chronic pain issues, due to my multiple skeletal and other issues. My issues stem from surgery (wiring and bone grafting), torn meniscus, and shoulder supraspinatus.  I've thankfully been able to avoid further surgery for my knee and shoulder.
Most recently Anna is resolving my impingement issues as I havent been doing my excersizes or getting into Nelaon for treatments.
I'm grateful she is still here with us in the Kootenays! that In itself is a big commitment she is making to our community!
